Hi Everyone

Well the big rains have gone for now so if you are a fair weather paddler and have been avoiding it. Get back out there.

The Gosford rec paddle was well attended and although we had a bit of shower after our lunch break it passed quickly. Thanks for organising Grahame

Here is our club race report by Larry

What a cracken day was Sunday for racing , cooool slight breeze and glassy water , so people like Warrick with a PB , Marni Kay 1min 51sec PB and Dave Ben 51sec PB and 54min 34sec fastest 10k  time , fastest 5k time was Troy 29 big ones + 9 little ones ( thats min/sec ), hehehehehe ) every body else was o so slow :o(  that was the last race for summer series,  prizes may be given to winners/loosers at first Winter race nxt month , if i in a good mood ) , race results on web site , LA

Due to the heavy flows in the Hunter river the Wednesday arvo Morpeth paddles have been cancelled the last couple of weeks. It is settling down but still a reasonable effort required when heading upstream. it should be back to its more normal state by this week.

This coming Saturday 26th Mar is our Rec paddle at Cams Wharf and on Sunday 27th a few of us will be heading down to Lane Cove for the Marathon Series.

Check out our events page for all the details   https://huntervalleypaddlesportsclub.com/events/

Also this is the final week to get your tickets in the Bunnings voucher raffle so make sure you tell your friends and get online for tickets https://www.raffletix.com.au/?ref=f5uxs

Happy Paddling
