By popular demand, Hunter Valley Paddlesports Club's Twilight Series returns for 2024-25 at an exciting new venue!

The 12 race series is being held at Morpeth on alternate Wed evenings during the daylight savings period from 23 Oct.

Paddlers will complete 5.5km over 2 x 2.75km circuits.   

It's fine to start at any race during the series.

All paddlers are welcome to join, including paddlers new to racing. It's not necessary to have a racing boat - your recreational kayak will be fine. The race is handicapped so everyone has a chance to be first across the line!

Meet at Queens Wharf Park, Morpeth by 5:30pm for an 6pm start.

The event is free of charge.

PFDs are compulsory for all paddlers.

No prior registration is required - simply check in on arrival.

Members of Paddle NSW/Paddle Australia affiliated clubs:

There are two options for members of other clubs....

1. Show evidence of your PNSW/PA membership at the check-in desk the first time you participate. Your membership expiry date will be recorded and you will not need to show evidence again until the expiry date has elapsed. The best way to demonstrate membership with PNSW/PA is to log into JustGo on your phone. This can either be done on the day of your first Twilight Series race, or in in advance if you take a screenshot displaying your Club name and membership expiry date.
2. Pre register via JustGo for each race via the link below.

Non members:

Non Club members are welcome to get involved in the fun! To do so, prior to attending a race you will need to register online (via the below link to JustGo) and take out a free Trial Membership at the checkout. Trial Memberships can only be taken out once, but are valid for 30days so if you time it right, you will be able to paddle in two, consecutive Twilight Series races.
